Account & Data Deletion — Tekhni

You can request deletion of your Tekhni account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion: Email privacy@strategicbisolutions.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name and phone number used on the account so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
• Location history and tracking data
• Saved addresses
• Job photos/videos you've uploaded
• Tradesman verification documents (if applicable)

What we retain (legal requirement):

• Job/transaction records — retained for 5 years (Greek consumer law)
• Payment records — retained for 7-10 years (UK/Greek tax law)

These records are retained in anonymized/minimal form where possible and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

Response time: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
